Find the right credit union to suit your lifestyle & financial needs

Applying for credit is something a large number of people are going to do or at least have thought about doing at some point or another in their lives.

It has nothing to do with people not wanting to buy things in cash. It is simply due to fact that a majority of households don’t want to buy things using their credit cards but they don’t have the cash to buy everything in real hard cash money. It is common sense that if people had another way of doing things, they wouldn’t invest in the idea of a loan that will forever be in their name until it has been paid off. It is usually because they are left with no choice but to take up a loan that they end up taking one.

What is a credit union?

A credit union works similar to how any other credit provider would work. The only difference between these two systems is that with a credit union, the loan interest charges are slightly less than the ones you would get in a normal advance.

Due to the fact that people don’t come from similar backgrounds and don’t earn the same amount of money, this system has proven to work quite well for clients that are looking for a short-term loan but don’t necessarily have the money available to pay for high-interest charges. After all, it is important to always live within your means and never do something your budget wouldn’t be able to maintain.

Getting credit... a little differently

When we developed this type of advance plan, we had a target market in mind. We usually take our clients pleas quite seriously and when we realized that most customers are struggling when it comes to meeting their financial obligations, we realized that we had to play a totally different ball game.

What also makes us sleep better at night is the fact that we have an appreciative clientele that comes back and commends us for the work that we do for them every day. This then gives us an even better motive to keep doing the good job that we are doing. Making customers happy is always on top of our list and we aim to keep it that way.

Who can use a credit union?

There are no limitations as to who can use a credit union. As long as you meet the requirements that are stipulated by a credit provider, you are good to go. The requirements will differ from one union to the next. However, most of them usually operate in a similar manner and offer everything from bank accounts to instant cash loans for long term members with great credit. There is also no way of bypassing the credit criteria.

If you don’t qualify at the moment, you can always go and fix what seems to be the matter and try again when you think you have rectified everything and you believe all is now in order. Our doors are always open to help try your luck and maybe this time around, you might really be in luck and finally get the green light.

Who can apply for a credit union?

Any New Zealand citizen who is interested in applying for a credit union is welcome to apply. If you are not a New Zealand occupant and you are engrossed in getting a credit union, you can do so only if you have a permanent residency to live in the country of New Zealand. Taking nothing away from people from other countries, it is such a mission to try and look for somebody who has left the land of the Kiwis. It is for this reason why we thought it would be better if we only offered this service to people who we knew would never leave our beautiful land.

Another factor that you have no choice but to have if you would like to be considered for a personal loan is employment. It doesn’t matter what level of employment it is but it has to be solid enough so that you can pay off the monthly loan that you aim to take. Lastly, we believe when one is 18 years or older, they are able to think productively and make sober life decisions.

Therefore, you have to be 18 if you want to be considered as a member of a credit union. We can’t guarantee that you will meet the requirements even if you meet all the factors that we have mentioned above because there are also other things you have to take into consideration such as your affordability and whether you have a bad credit history or not. Some credit unions offer bad credit loans however this varies from one union to the next.

Can I pay my loan earlier than the required date?

If you have money in excess to settle your quick cash loans sooner than the scheduled date, you are more than welcome to do so. We will never stop you from settling your account because that shows a great commitment from your side as the client.

Should you require an advance in the future, we will see no problem giving you a loan considering how financially loyal you are. However, don’t bite more than you can chew. Don’t apply for credit you don’t really need and can’t afford to pay.
