Once the online loan application has been completed, we will send you an email acknowledging that we have received your application, we will advise you on who your loan consultant will be and how you can be in contact with them.

Your personal loan consultant will commence the loan approval process, normally this will take one to two hours, and your personal consultant will be in contact with you should we have any queries that need clarification

Once your loan has been approved

Loansmart will arrange to get your loan documents signed and arrange for the collection of any outstanding information we may require such as your bank statement, payslip or identification or insurance details.

Note that there are several ways for your quick loan documents to be signed. Visit our centrally located Auckland office, we could courier or post them to you, in most cases email is normally the preferred way and lastly, you need to sign have the documents witnessed and return.

All applications are treated with confidentiality, the only people who will see your application are Loansmart and perhaps any finance company we send it to. Any applications that do not proceed are destroyed.
