Getting your application approved

Once you have completed the application form we will verify your details and give you an outcome within a few minutes. We will send you an SMS to let you know if your loan has been approved. If we require additional information we will give you a call. Once we have received your signed loan contract we will transfer the money straight into your bank account with 15 minutes

Paying for your loan

Our payday loans require you to set up a direct debit on your account. The money will be debited directly from your account on the agreed upon date to align with your pay frequency.

If you prefer we can arrange a manual payment method or you can make a payment at any of our branches. If you are having problems repaying your loan let us know so that we can assist you.

Do you need cash quickly?

Our unsecured loan terms range from 4 weeks and up to 28 weeks depending on the loan agreement and your ability to repay the loan. The longer you take to repay the loan the more it will end up costing. The shorter your lone term the higher your repayments will be but the less interest you will be charged.

If you dot repay your loan on time you will incur additional charges and penalty fees. If you don’t let us know that you are having issues you will be reported to the credit reporting agency and we will contact your employer to lodge a wage deduction request.

There are no penalties charged if you wish to repay your quick loan early. You will be charged interest daily on your outstanding balance until we have reached a payment agreement and set up a payment plan.

Finding out where you stand

Once you have entered into a loan agreement you will be given a unique customer code that will allow you to log into your account and view your contact details. You will be able to arrange payment details or let us know of any issues via this platform.
